Workouts on cardio machines are the best form of exercise that will burn body fat, improve your stamina, lung capacity and achieve great heart health. This mistake will wear out the person’s ankle and knee joints over time. The correct method is to take long, smooth and purposeful strides during the exercise.

• Stationery Bike – When exercising on the stationery bike, do adjust the height of the seat to a comfortable level. I do not get why many users on stationery gikes adjust their seats either too high or too low. I wanna say why you want to be uncomfortable doing cardio exercise routines when you can be comfortable.

When the seats is too low, you will add too much strain on your knees and spine. If it would be too high, your butt will shake from side to side. So besides not getting the best from your cardio workout on the stationery bike because your body weight will be involved when you peddle, you will also look weird. It is such a silly workout mistake right?

Other mistake I see many people doing so much is reading a book while on stationery bike exercising. That means that they exercise at a very low intensity level. Hey, howtell me how can a low cardio exercise routine help your heart and lung work effectively?

• Elliptical Trainer – This is also another bewildering common cardio workout mistake. You use the eliptical trainer machine to achieve good cardiovascular health and tone your body right? So why are you seeing those people doing eliptical trainer exercise routines at fast pace? And the mistake is? The mistake can be that they have set the resistance level too low.

When you are not able to break out sweat, you probably are not getting the best out of your cardio exercise routines. Is it any wonder then that people are not losing weight and not improving on their cardiovascular health even when they are doing their cardio exercises regularly?

I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually 'burned the fat' and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.

Many people claim to be excellent 'weight loss' or 'fat loss' coaches but are fat themselves or they're in good shape but don't have the skills and knowledge to know how to teach the 4 different learning types of people out in the marketplace.

After doing some research he showed to be an acclaimed bodybuilder and fat loss coach. I don't know if he's a trained and educated personal trainer or not but photos are the best evidence in the health and fitness world.

So this caught my attention as being practice what he preaches evidence.

There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. Surely you have seen the television commercials that show people in before and after images that either prove the exercise, workout, or diet causes weight loss or they prove that the media exaggerates the results.

Being a bit skeptical is natural for me so I like to see three things happen before I believe in the system: it has to pass my own sniff test during the research phase, the creator has to be proving the results work for him, and also I want to see lots of his customers and followers proving they've successfully used it before I'll believe it works.

As you know there's lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. There are all sorts of mixtures, lotions and pills that state you will lose 10 pounds in a day if you use them.

As everyone knows, losing weight, lowering your body fat, and getting rid of that spare tire is going to take some work; there's no easy one-step solution.

You know to be successful with any program is going to require you to alter your habits either your eating habits or your exercise and energy expenditure habits.

Burn the fat product is wonderful. It works well. It is not impossible, nor is it a miracle, but a statement of fact. Tom has done solid research on the topic. He has been using it and his customers have used it successfully.

The problem is everyone's different and no singular work out, health, or diet plan will work for everyone all the time. Since we are unique you have to test out different things to see what works for your specific body type.

Can you cite one with acknowledged proof of working? The proof should be universal.
