Cycling - This is also a good exercise for those who cannot take up heavy exercise. It allows you to maintain the level of speed and effort thats right for your own pace. Fitness programs for seniors - There are many special fitness programs for seniors. They can include cardio, aerobic, dance, swimming, cycling, and many more activities. These programs are designed in consideration of common complications that seniors or elderly people may face.
