<p>First, you need to stand straight with your feet hip width apart from each other. Slightly bend your knees as you squat. Stick your buttocks out as if you are sitting in a chair. Perform this slowly in a count for 2. Watch out for your knees, make sure that they do not go further than you knees when you lower yourself and you stick your butt out. If you are new to this exercise, it is just natural to feel as if you are falling backwards. One of the best ways to help you balance yourself is to make sure that your feet are really apart and then you just have to tighten your abdominal and butt muscles. If that is still not enough, you can also hold on to something stable for added support. A table top or a chair will probably do.</p>
<p>As you rise up and get back to the original standing position, keep in mind to clench your butt to enhance not just your hamstrings but your buttocks as well. Do not stop when you are back standing on your heels. Rather, you need to continue rising. Now, lift your heels off the floor and stand on your toes. Continue clenching your butt as you are on your toes.</p>
<p>After that, lower your heels until you are back at the original position. Do this at a count of 2. This whole exercise will take about 8 seconds. To achieve optimum results, it is best to repeat this about 15 times in the morning, 15 times in the afternoon and 15 times at night. This will not only tone and firm your legs it will also make your butt firmer as well.</p>

You hold something above your head, usually a broom handle or stick and then lean or bend left, then right. Then repeat, repeatedly. Get real! It would be nice if they actually worked.</p>

Of course they work, but only when they are part of a complete system. Not just targeting one area.</p>

<p> To consume energy simply means to eat food. Burning energy off is done simply by activity or exercise. Any form of activity will burn energy off. This is basically what exercise is.</p>
<p> This could be walking, swimming, running, weightlifting or even sex. The last one sounds good to me! Any type of exercise is good for you. No exercise is bad for you. This is the reason people get fat. They eat calorie laden food and do little or no exercise.</p>

I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually &#8216;burned the fat&#8217; and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.</p>
<p> Many people claim to be excellent &#8216;weight loss&#8217; or &#8216;fat loss&#8217; coaches but are fat themselves or they&#8217;re in good shape but don&#8217;t have the skills and knowledge to know how to teach the 4 different learning types of people out in the marketplace.</p>
<p> After doing some research he showed to be an acclaimed bodybuilder and fat loss coach. I don&#8217;t know if he&#8217;s a trained and educated personal trainer or not but photos are the best evidence in the health and fitness world.</p>
<p> So this caught my attention as being practice what he preaches evidence.</p>
<p> There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. Surely you have seen the television commercials that show people in before and after images that either prove the exercise, workout, or diet causes weight loss or they prove that the media exaggerates the results.</p>
<p> Being a bit skeptical is natural for me so I like to see three things happen before I believe in the system: it has to pass my own sniff test during the research phase, the creator has to be proving the results work for him, and also I want to see lots of his customers and followers proving they&#8217;ve successfully used it before I&#8217;ll believe it works.</p>
