  • How To Get Better Lower Abs At The Office

    Hey there!

    Many times, people ask me why they can’t get rid of the fat that is around their lower abs and belly buttons.

    …A great question to ask because if you don’t specifically train this area and give it the attention that it needs, it probably will never go away on it’s own.

    The SECRET to getting rid of it is simple…hold in your tummy
    (pretty much)all day long, but especially while you are exercising or sitting.

    You can ask any of my clients now: while I am training them, I’ll say: “hold your tummy in” about a hundred times in a workout.

    The effects of holding in your tummy does two main things to your
    midsection:

    1. It lets your body know that the lower abs aren’t a safe place to keep it’s precious stored energy: your body fat. (And if you aren’t introducing and NEW fattening foods into your body, then you can really get some dramatic results in a short period of time)
    2. It shrinks the circumference of your midsection by strengthening your abdominal muscles. (As you strengthen muscles, they tend to tighten up)

    So to wrap it all up: if you are holding in your tummy, working your abs 4-5 days a week and eating properly, you should have absolutely no problem getting a flat tummy or six pack and be the “star at the pool or beach” this year.
