Can't lose weight? Join the club, there's an awful lot of members.You should have a total rethink if you believe you can't lose weightA system with step by step daily tasks is all you need to start losing weight.
Eat less, exercise more & you'll lose weight. I bet you've heard that a million times.The problem with those two sentences is they don't go into the specifics.We need to know exactly the steps we have to take every day to lose weight.
With a proven weight loss system, things start to get easier for us.We can be certain we are doing it right every day because we are following the system.Left to our own devices we will usually fail to follow and then simply fail.
If we go it alone with no system we end up back at the start, obsessing about being overweight.We can be pretty sure we are doing things right when we follow a proven system.We have a list of daily tasks which we simply tick off and then are sure we are doing it right.
Pretty soon we start to lose weight because we are following the rules exactly, every single day.The difficult part is actually following the rules and sticking to it.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.
If we know what we are doing we are much better positioned to complete the job successfully.The fight to lose weight isn't any different. Have the right knowledge and the fight becomes easier.There are many reasons why we can't lose weight, let's have a look at some.
Portion sizes.Do you really need that much food? I can tell you that studies have shown that three quarters of us give ourselves portions that are far too large. We rarely need as much as we put on our plates. Try it for a while, reduce your portions a bit. See if you are still hungry. You may be surprised. When you start to see results you will automatically be preparing smaller portions so this one should take care of its self later on.
Eating too much too late. Eating late means there's little chance to burn some calories off. Inevitably they turn to fat and a days hard work is lost. If this is you then it will benefit you loads if you can eat even an hour earlier or even fit in a little activity after you eat.
On your own. If you are trying to lose weight without any help or support it can be an impossible task. If you haven't got a friend you can talk to or exercise with try joining some online forums. You'll find lots of dieting buddies online and lots of encouragement.
Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. Your body doesn't know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.
You might think you can't lose weight for lots of reasons, but mostly you will be wrong.You may need a step by step system that you can use everyday.Using a system and following the steps gives you every chance of being successful.

Are any of the reviews of the many diet system out there worth reading? I think so yes.You'll get the total wrong information from most dieting systems. They instruct you to do this, do that, and the result is weight loss. This is rarely the case.
